​MLK Jr. Day is a day to promote equal rights for all Americans, regardless of their background and teaching about the work of Martin Luther King and the struggle against racial segregation and racism.

    If your students have created projects, essays, artwork, poetry, or participated in activities to observe MLK Jr. Day, No Name Calling Week, Slavery and Human Trafficking Awareness Month, or The Great Kindness Challenge, please share them here! You can also submit photos of events and observances happening at your school. They may be featured on this website or in the Cultural Awareness Center located at the Eugene Brucker Education Center.
