Universal   Human   Rights   month

This month we highlight Universal Human Rights Month, which began in 1948. The United Nations wrote up a document called the Universal Declaration of Human Rights to properly define which human rights would be protected universally.

    If your students have created projects, essays, artwork, poetry, or participated in activities to observe any winter holidays or celebrations or Universal Human Rights Month, please share them here! You can also submit photos of events and observances happening at your school. They may be featured on this website or in the Cultural Awareness Center located at the Eugene Brucker Education Center.
